Casa Tatiana has been the favorite “home away from home” for divers and non divers alike for many years, with visitors from around the world staying in this cozy townhome. Whether you are a group of friends or a family on vacation, you will find Casa Tatiana very comfortable. The owners, Uwe and Sabine have made Cozumel their home when not in Germany, and would like to welcome you to their home with this quant Mexican saying, “Mi casa es su casa”. After hurricane Wilma, this home has received a complete makeover, with bright colors and furnishings.

Casa Tatiana is ideally situated in a beautiful neighborhood, Corpus Christi, where you are a short 2 block walk away from the beach front  for dive pick up and beach activities, 3 blocks to the largest and newest grocery store, Chedraui, and Cozumel’s latest addition of the 5 screen Cineplex and mall located behind the grocery store. For strolling the plaza, it is only 4 blocks away.

No need for rental cars, except to see the extreme ends (north and south) of the island, as well as the other side, where you will find miles of empty pristine beaches.

The home is located on the corner of Avenida 10, between Calle 11 and 13 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, small garden, sundeck and patio. On the first floor you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and outside patio. Casa Tatiana has air conditioning, one downstairs, and one in each bedroom for your cooling comfort.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans and appliances for you to make yourself at home. All you need is  to purchase your own food and liquor, and you will be set! The living room and dining rooms are furnished in Mexican colonial furniture, perfect! You will find the telephone for local calls, and cable tv with mixed English/Spanish stations (practice your Spanish!) The dining room will seat 6 adults.

The master bedroom is also on the 1st  floor, and it has a king size bed and its own bathroom.

The 2nd floor contains the other 2 bedrooms, with two double beds in one bedroom and one double and one single bed in the other bedroom. Off one bedroom you will find the sundeck terrace, perfect for taking in the sunset, sun or siesta!  Uwe and Sabine enjoy star gazing with a glass of wine, perfect view, cool breezes! Each bedroom has it’s own air conditioner, and shares a full size bath with shower.
