Terms and Conditions

The initial payment (50% of the full amount) is payable at the time of the reservation. The entire remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If payment is not received by the due date, then the reservation is subject to immediate cancellation. You may pay by Zelle deposit, bank wire transfer, PayPal invoice (add 4%), or pay through Airbnb with additional Airbnb service charges.

Cancellation Policy

Payments are refundable only if we can re-rent the property. If you must cancel, your payments will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented at the same rate, for the exact dates. If we are able to re-rent the property, you will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. If an emergency occurs and you must cancel, please call us and every effort will be made to re-rent the property so we can offer you a full refund.

Rentals to Family Groups and Responsible Adults Only

Any guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We will not rent to high school or college groups, even if chaperoned by adults. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or reject a rental, without refund, if in our opinion the tenant has violated these policies or we determine, at our sole discretion, that the conduct of the tenant(s) is detrimental to the property. No outside vendors or cooks are allowed on the property unless approved by us.

Términos y Condiciones

El pago inicial (50% del monto total) se realiza al momento de la reservación. El saldo restante debe cubrirse 60 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Si el pago no se recibe en la fecha límite, la reservación estará sujeta a cancelación inmediata. Puede pagar mediante depósito por Zelle, transferencia bancaria, factura de PayPal (con un cargo adicional del 4%), o a través de Airbnb con los cargos de servicio adicionales de Airbnb.

Política de Cancelación

Los pagos son reembolsables únicamente si logramos rentar de nuevo la propiedad. Si usted debe cancelar, sus pagos quedarán retenidos a menos que la propiedad sea rentada nuevamente a la misma tarifa y por las mismas fechas. Si logramos rentar de nuevo la propiedad, recibirá un reembolso completo, menos una tarifa de cancelación de $150. Si ocurre una emergencia y debe cancelar, por favor llámenos y haremos todo lo posible por rentar de nuevo la propiedad para poder ofrecerle un reembolso completo.

Rentas Solo para Grupos Familiares y Adultos Responsables

Cualquier huésped menor de 25 años debe estar acompañado por un padre, madre o tutor legal. No rentamos a grupos de preparatoria o universidad, incluso si están acompañados por adultos. Nos reservamos el derecho de terminar o rechazar de inmediato una renta, sin reembolso, si a nuestro juicio el inquilino ha violado estas políticas o determinamos, a nuestra entera discreción, que la conducta del/los inquilino(s) es perjudicial para la propiedad. No se permiten proveedores externos ni cocineros en la propiedad a menos que sean aprobados por nosotros.
