Cool Caribbean Views is a pet-friendly oceanfront apartment right on Avenida Rafael E. Melgar — Cozumel’s downtown malecón. The main plaza and cruise pier are about a 12-minute walk south, with San Miguel’s shops, dive shops, and beach clubs closer still. It comfortably sleeps two, and it’s a no-fuss home base for travelers who’d rather spend their budget on diving and dinner than on the room.

Location

The malecón is right outside the door. San Miguel’s town square and the passenger-ferry terminal are about a 12-minute walk south, with dive shops and beach clubs close by in either direction. Bringing a dog?

Cool Caribbean Views is pet-friendly — dogs are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet, so no boarding fees and no one left behind. The malecón right outside makes for easy walks.

Booking & Rates

Nightly rate starts at $75. Stay 7 nights or longer (up to a month) and get 10% off the nightly rate. For stays of a month or more, a set monthly rate of $1,800 applies, plus electricity: the meter is read at check-in and again at check-out, and you pay only for what you used, at CFE (Mexico’s national utility) rates. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet.
