The Space

A beautifully finished condo of about 2,900 sq ft (269 m²) that sleeps up to six, with generous living space and ocean views throughout. Three bedrooms — one with a king, one with a queen, and one with two single beds — and 3.5 bathrooms. Pet-friendly — dogs are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet.

Location

The Zona Hotelera Norte runs along Avenida Rafael E. Melgar north of town — Cozumel’s quieter, more scenic stretch of coast. Downtown is about 10 minutes by car, or a 25–30-minute walk or cycle along the seafront path. Most guests come here to stay put by the pool and the water. Booking & Rates

Nightly rate starts at $325 for up to 2 guests, with an additional $25/night per extra guest (max 6 guests total). Stay 7 nights or longer (up to a month) and get 10% off the nightly rate. For stays of a month or more, a monthly rate of $5,000 applies, plus electricity: the meter is read at check-in and again at check-out, and you pay only for what you used, at CFE (Mexico’s national utility) rates. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet.
