The Space
A beautifully finished condo that sleeps up to six, with generous living space, three bedrooms, and ocean views throughout. Pet-friendly — dogs are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet.
Location
The Zona Hotelera Norte runs along Avenida Rafael Melgar north of town — Cozumel’s quieter, more scenic stretch of coast. Downtown is about 10 minutes by car, or a 25–30-minute walk or cycle along the seafront path. Most guests come here to stay put by the pool and the water. If you’d rather be in the heart of downtown, see Cool Caribbean Views.
Booking & Rates
Nightly rate starts at $325 for up to 2 guests, with an additional $25/night per extra guest (max 6 guests total). Stay 7 nights or longer (up to a month) and get 10% off the nightly rate. For stays of a month or more, a set monthly rate of $5,000 applies, plus electricity: the meter is read at check-in and again at check-out, and you pay only for what you used, at CFE (Mexico’s national utility) rates. Pets are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet.
